Leases

There are more issues than you might first realize that should be included in a properly drafted lease. It is tempting to agree on a lease with a handshake and nothing more, but if the relationship sours over time you will wish you had more to fall back on. We have many years of experience in drafting leases, and also in litigating leases where the parties are at odds.

Sometimes the confidential information of a business can be amongst its most valuable assets:
